I was so excited to see some dishes made gluten free because I’ve never seen them made gluten free before. But several it seems they made them safe by omitting sauce (Pad Kee Mao & Gai Ma Maung). I assume some others on the menu will be made safe in a similar fashion. If I’m in the area I’d go back for the jungle curry they special made gluten free upon request but not worth a special trip. Food was obviously very safe
