STOP! Please read! I am writing this review a week after visiting this bakery. I wanted to make sure I didn’t get sick from possible cross contamination before posting. I am a dx celiac and very sensitive to cross contamination. Here is how my visit went!
MIND BLOWN! Absolutely blown. I purchased the eclairs, cheesecake dome, hazelnut meringue and a chocolate decadence cake. First up, the eclair. My stomach dropped in sheer panic! By the taste and texture there was no way I wouldn’t get sick! It has been over a year now that I have been strictly gluten/oats free and this just brought me back to pre gluten free baked goods! Unreal! Everything was incredible!
After indulging it was time to wait. Nothing happened. Not one single symptom. The friend that invited me is gluten free, purchased the same items as me and had zero issues. My daughter who is gluten free, also had zero issues.
Overall? GO! Don’t walk, RUN! My daughters birthday is coming up in a couple weeks and we plan to go! Hope you enjoy!
