Wait staff were willing to help and while they didn't immediately know what was safe, went back to the kitchen many times over to ask about ingredients and preparation methods for us. Unfortunately, very little of the menu was safe. The fries, breakfast potatoes, and tortilla chips are fried in a shared fryer and the chili is made with flour. But gluten free bread was available for substitution and we were able to find something to make it work.
