Borgata Pizza Bistro

This is disappointing. The gluten free pizza looks delicious but is not cooked in a separate area/pan/etc. not safe for people with celiac or allergies.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

I totally expected to get sick... and didn't! The pizza was incredible. The kitchen staff changed gloves, cleaned the pizza line counter, and used a different spatula to put the gluten free pizza in a dedicated space in the oven. It was delicious. The only problem was that I had an entire pizza all to myself :)
