Server was helpful (knew which items had gluten or gluten-filled soy sauce in them) and one of the chefs had a spouse with celiac. Offered sweet potato glass noodles and a broth with fish sauce instead of soy sauce. Tasty and felt very safe for my 8 year old with celiac. Also said they could do most apps GF. The apps were fantastic for me (Brussels, spinach salad and kimchi) but I did not request GF on those!

Not GF :( I read these reviews so hopeful for GF ramen but when I called to order I was informed that all their meat is marinated with soy sauce which contains gluten. Seems like almost every option has soy sauce making it not GF.

Their house ramen is incredible, very strong flavors. Rice noodles are as good as anywhere else but the broth is what makes the ramen so good.

My wife and I got the kale salad, kimchi, house ramen, and veggie ramen (with rice noodles)- which were the only gluten free items on the menu. My celiac wife didn’t get sick, and it was fun having ramen again, however the food was somewhat flavorless and fairly mediocre. I have a feeling it’s sometimes better so it might be worth a try.

Great staff, best ramen ever! Menu changes but staff can direct you to safe items.
Yes
Menu changes but they can make the house ramen gluten free along its other menu items. Just ask the chefs, they know what’s up. (Kitchen is open concept)
