Went for dinner. Informed our server. Kitchen manager came out to check if I had a severe allergy, as they are "gluten-friendly" but cannot guarantee no cross-contact (let's be honest, no restrestaurant can and if you think they can, you are fooling yourself). After speaking with my server, he strongly suggested the chicken kebabs as they are cooked farthest away from everything else and would be the safest for me. They were delicious. The rice has pasta in it, so instead he had my kebabs served on spring mix lettuce along with their shredded carrots, red onions, and pickled beets. Had chocolate mousse for dessert.
