Bosphorus Turkish Cuisine

Wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door. The server was knowledgeable and also had the manager go over my options. He let me know that he would tell the kitchen about my allergies and that they would make sure to have glove changes and take all precautions possible. I was told the rice was no good since they add pasta to it, but I did a double batch of vegetables and it was fabulous. I had the hummus and banaganoush to start and they made it for me with veggies to dip. We had the Turkish coffee and I had the homemade chocolate mousse to finish. I would highly recommend!!

They have plenty of options that are naturally gluten free and really delicious! The rice is not gluten free Bec they use noodles to mix in it. The staff is also usually pretty knowledgeable but as soon as you say you are gluten free a manager is sent to your table to talk to you before the order is placed. It's my favorite spot to go to!

Great food. When we told the waiter that we had a gluten concern, the manager came out and went over the menu with me personally. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and put our order in with the kitchen himself.
