Although it is buffet style this restaurant goes above and beyond to limit cross contamination. We get the rotisserie chicken with mash pot and poultry gravy. Staff puts on new gloves and gets sides and chicken from new pans in back to reduce cross contamination with gluten sides. Never had reaction! Delicious option for dinner on the go.
