Boston's on the Beach

We were VERY disappointed in our dining experience, the food was just ok (very limited options) and not much taste at all, however the service was actually the worst! We gave it a try, despite the other reviews because it came highly recommend by friends, but it was not somewhere we would return to spend our money. The only saving grace was that I did not get sick & I am VERY sensitive. I ordered the sirloin steak tips meal, served with rice & I asked for asparagus as my veggie side.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

I ordered plain grilled salmon with rice and was assured by waiter it was gluten free. When meal arrived, looked like rice was cooked in broth or bouillon. Asked the manager to check on this with chef. He came back and assured me rice was made with only GF ingredients. I tested the leftover rice with a Nima sensor and it did, in fact, contain gluten. Not safe place for celiacs.

Don't trust the GF on the menu, make sure you ask the server if it is gluten free as some of the items are marked GF and are not when you ask

This place was good- they have gluten free labels on the menu. I had the simple chicken and mashed potatoes. I really enjoyed the mashed potatoes. Chicken was okay. No reaction.
