Ordering process was a bit tricky, but there are GF options (primarily salads and a few appetizers). Online menu has GF marked items but the actually ordering happens with toasttab app and it is not marked. Waitstaff able to answer all my questions but ultimately asked me to order through the app which is where error happened.
I ordered the southwest salad without tortilla chips because everything is fried on site. It still came out with the chips on the salad so I asked to have it remade. The chef then came out to speak to me about my allergy and was very knowledgeable and said there *is* a dedicated frier. He additionally confirmed any other allergies other than gluten. They remade my dish without issue but I ultimately chose to forgo anything fried because oil cross contamination is always a trigger for me and wasn’t worth the risk for me personally. Overall very satisfied with their safety processes and customer service!
They had a small selection of gluten free beers. All food is fried on site - including tortilla chips - so just ask questions. I had the southwest salad with chicken and without tortilla chips and it was delicious!

Just tried this for the first time. Spoke with a manager and he told me they have a dedicated gluten free fryer and gluten free buns available. Many things on the menu could be made gluten free.
I had the nachos which were great. My only issue was that because the ordering is all done via an app, I had to find someone to flag my order as an allergy.
I will be back to try the burgers next. Great experience overall

They don’t promote gluten free flexibility but if you talk to the staff they will work with you. You have to order off the app so make sure you talk to the staff first and identify your order. The staff is very nice and accommodating but I don’t think totally educated on GF. They will focus on burgers with GF buns and salads.

Does not have a dedicated fryer (another review said they did) or at least they share baskets between the fryers. They have options for a gluten free bun to substitute for sandwiches. Items are not specifically labeled GF. Because you order by app you need to find a server to discuss safety but once I did they made sure to communicate with the kitchen and I felt they took it seriously. Food was good, place could be great for GF with a few changes.

A few gf items marked on menu. You place your order through an app so no waiter but you can flag one down or they do stop by your table if you have questions. They have gf buns. Chef ended up coming out to our table to make sure. My son got a burger with a gf bun and tortilla chips. Fries have risk of cross contamination. Roasted bbq cauliflower was good.
