There are menu options that are marked Gluten Free, and wait staff have always been helpful with the knowledge they have. When waitstaff has not had the answer, management has come to the table to assist- I have always found everyone to be honest about what they can and cannot do- though my restrictio s have not been very strict before. Other restaurants in the same group have GF beers/ciders/burgers with buns. This one has ciders, I believe... though I usually get wine here.
