Boulder Pho has a yummy, standard set of pho options. All the pho is made with gluten free broth. It was hot and delicious.

They do not have a dedicated fryer so even though their fried Vietnamese egg rolls are marked “gf” on the menu, they are cross contaminated. Their sauces also aren’t gluten free so bring your own gf hoisin if that’s important to you!
