Review of Boulder View Tavern

I wouldn’t recommend eating here if you have any sort of gluten intolerance. The menu is marked with gluten-free options, reporting that a gluten-free bun option is available. I explained to the waiter that I have an allergy and ensured that the burger “inside” I ordered was gluten-free as well. Upon arrival to the table, my bun did not appear to be gluten-free as it was the exact same bun as a family member’s who did not order the gluten-free option. I asked the employee if this was a gluten-free bun, which he answered with “I don’t think so.” The waiter was apologetic and my meal was remade, but if I had not noticed, I would’ve definitely been sick.
