Symptomatic Celiac

GF menu items. Really it’s GF buns with protein. I always ate here before being diagnosed. Loved the diner atmosphere, local beers and burgers. My burger was good, but the GF bun was marginal.

Delish Gf burgers / gf buns. Tots are in a dedicated fryer. A great place for those with sensitivities and who are celiac (my kid).

The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to accommodate me. The fries are not safe, but most of their burgers are gluten free and they have a gluten free bun. It’s toasted in the same toaster but I asked them to cover my bun in foil and they did. The milkshake mix is processed in the same facility as wheat products, so they used a vegan coconut mix. Super delicious and overall great experience!
