Review of Boulibar

Asked about gluten free options and ordered one of the only ones, fish and lentils. The waiter walked me through the appetizers pointing out the crudités I could have in place of bread. I got symptoms during dinner and called when I got home to ask about ingredients. The waiter said he didn’t remember that I was gluten free so he hadn’t noted it and “so the kitchen staff didn’t know and might not have been careful.” He remembered my table but didn’t seem to remember that whole conversation. Most likely cross contamination rather than a hidden ingredient but his attitude was frustrating.
