When it opened, Bounty highlighted the fact that it was completely GF. It has changed ownership at least once, and they now play that down. Further, one of the menu items includes mustard made with Tiny Bomb beer, obviously not GF -- so they can no longer say the kitchen is entirely GF. Once the first non-GF item comes in with the kitchen not thinking about it, how can a Celiac have confidence in any of it? After being our go-to, I do now have at least one experience being glutened at Bounty. Would love to see them take it as seriously as they did in the beginning.
