Who knew a little restaurant in the Lexington airport was a gluten free treasure?
I heard through the grapevine that this place offered GF and I travel often but always at times I can’t sit down to eat. Thankfully that changed today and I was able to sit down and have dinner before a flight.
I spoke with a co-owner (the husband of the duo) and he said his wife, and main owner, has celiac disease and makes sure people have a safe place to eat in the airport. As we all know, airports really need to step it up.
I ended up having chicken tenders and potato skins. They were delicious. Service was great and it was soooo nice to have a meal before getting on a flight!
I highly suggest this spot and wish every airport had one!
