I don’t understand why so many recent reviews said there was a dedicated fryer, because I was told by the waitress this was not true. That being said, GF items are clearly marked, including GF breading for the chicken which is fried in a SHARED fryer. If you are very sensitive, this is not the place for you. Unfortunately this is not the first time a recent review on this app has been incorrect, leaving me with a disappointing experience. Guess I’ll need to call ahead and check from now on…

Items on menu marked gluten free! Ordered the hot chicken sandwich, fried with gluten free bun. Dedicated fryer for fries! Everything was delicious, including the deviled eggs appetizer! Waitress very knowledgeable.

We ordered online while in between tours. The items were clearly marked gluten free. The GF chicken sandwich and fries were delicious! Highly recommend.

Gluten intolerant here. I had the hot chicken sandwich and fries. The batter for the chicken was gluten free as was the bun. Fries were done in a dedicated fryer. So so good.

Came here for a birthday lunch, and the staff was great, knowledgeable, and the food was delicious! I got fried chicken and it made my day!

The wait staff was knowledgeable about celiac disease and explained they have gluten free buns as well as fried chicken batter and a dedicated fryer. Nice atmosphere on the river too.

We had a great experience! They offer gluten free breading, and said they had a dedicated fryer for gluten free items. At the time we visited they also had gluten free buns. Fries were amazing.

Kind of weird service, but there are some good GF options here. When I expressed some trepidation, the waitress let me know that an one of the owners is celiac so the kitchen is very careful.

Ii asked about my options for gf waitress not friendly. I received my food 15 min before everyone else the concept of the restaurant wb fantastic if the staff got it together. food bland not worth the cost

BEWARE. We came on Sunday afternoon and the place was dead. Half the working staff were sitting around and hanging out in the front lounge, which was weird but didn’t bother us. We were seated on the patio, four adults and two kids. There’s no kids menu, which is not a big deal — our kids were happy to have a grilled cheese which isn’t on the menu, but the waitress said they had made several just the day before, no problem. She comes back out a few minutes later to say that the cook refuses to make it. We were a bit shocked, because they have burgers and buns, no big deal. She said the guy is being a jerk, so I said would it help if we spoke to the manager? The shift lead comes out and says it’s the kitchen manager so she can’t do anything. We had two hungry kids, there’s no one around and you can’t make a simple grilled cheese? The rest of us were ready to order full entrees and drinks. Unbelievably rude. Upon leaving, no one apologized, the staff still sitting up front just stared while we left. WOW. Would never recommend. If you have kids, stay FAR away.

Wonderful place with deviled eggs, the House Burger on gf bun was amazing! Also the grilled asparagus is delicious!!! Server was sweet and knowledgeable. She quickly told me that the fryer was NOT gluten free. Great place with a beautiful view of the river!!
