Review of Bourbon Steak

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They understand cross contamination and have a protocol with the kitchen when they enter the order. They were able to modify several sides and main courses. They do not have a dedicated fryer, so the fries they bring to the table are not celiac friendly.
