One of the best meals I’ve ever had! The staff was incredibly knowledgable and the menu was very easy to navigate:
- the raw bar has excellent options for appetizers. The whipped ricotta is also GF and the server offered to sub apple slices for the bread
- the steaks are prepared in a gluten free way (seasoned with salt and pepper only). They are not served with butter so no cross-contact worry there. Only one of the sauce options is gluten free, but the default is that the steak comes without sauce and I didn’t miss it
- they have a dedicated gluten free fryer, so both the French fries and crispy potatoes are gluten free
- they have a couple GF dessert options including sorbet and a flourless chocolate cake (although full disclosure I was so full I did not ask if this option would be celiac safe)
