Incredibly thoughtful staff and cautious prep/handling of my meals! In fact, the owner became even more interested in learning how he can make his kitchen more safe/Celiac Friendly for me. I eat here all the time and I've never once had a negative experience. Sushi options are rolls only (salmon, tuna, shrimp, avocado, and cucumber rolls are gluten free) GF soy sauce available. Be sure to let the staff know you have food restrictions/allergies and they will do their best for "contaminant free prep".
