I had ramen for the first time hooray! Got the miso ramen which was a tad salty for me but good. They use rice noodles and GF soy sauce. The server was knowledgeable and the menu was marked. Did not get sick.

Edit: I have since eaten here several more times and had a great experience each time. Have never gotten sick. And today the miso ramen was not as salty… delicious!
