Amazing BBQ, I cannot emphasize enough how good their food tastes. As someone with celiac I’ve never gotten sick, the sides and BBQ are gluten free with obvious exceptions (rolls, Mac n cheese, etc) and the employees and owners are incredibly friendly. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Bowlegged doesn’t use any flour in their beans, greens, yams, BBQ sauce. It’s homemade. They do have gluten in the kitchen but it’s not flying around. I eat their often and don’t get sick and I have celiac.
