I told the waitress I had Celiac and she seemed to know what that meant. They didn’t have a ton of options but I got eggs and bacon and the manager came out to explain that they were making the bacon in a separate pan to avoid cross contamination, which was great! I felt safe eating there and I didn’t get sick.
