I called ahead to get a feel for this place as we are here from out of town. There is no gluten-free menu or items marked gluten-free on the menu, but the staff on the phone was very willing to talk to the kitchen and answer all of my questions. The fajitas and enchiladas (depending on which sauce you chose) were gluten-free. The free chips are fried in the same fryer as everything else so beware, and the rice is cooked with that same oil. I ordered the enchiladas with the ranchero sauce (not a traditional enchilada sauce, very much more like puréed rotel). I had the refried beans and a side of veggies. My sides were very tasty, the enchiladas were just ok. I have no idea how they did with cross contamination. We’ll see how I feel tonight. Overall a good experience. Our waitress was very willing to work with me.
