I'm still very new to gluten free eating. I was diagnosed with NCGI about 1 month ago after 2 months of serious, disabling sickness. This place gave me the best gluten free eating out experience I have had so far. I went with my husband, who is not gluten free. Our server was very knowledgeable about gluten free eating as it pertains to the menu here. she was able to point me to the safest food options for me. She reviewed all special instructions for my order with me. she pro actively asked me about dairy products, which are safe for me. she even asked me whether it would be safe for me to use the standard sour cream containers they use to serve sour cream. At the end of the meal, she brought a separate leftovers container for me without being asked, so I could keep my gluten free items separate from my husband's non-gluten free food. After talking briefly with a manager, he told me that they have received a lot of training there about gluten free over the last few years, and he believes my experience would be representative of the experience with any of their more seasoned wait staff.Con's: There is not a specific gluten free menu, although a number of items on their menu are naturally gluten free, and should not pose a problem. I can not testify to the state of their kitchen, and did not ask about dedicated gluten free prep areas, shared frier oil and the like. Based on the careful consideration I received, I think its likely that they are prepared to keep Celiac's and the most gluten sensitive people safe, but of course its always best to check for yourself based on your individual needs.
