Brasilia

This place is so amazing! I have only been to the lunch buffet, so can not speak to the menu. There is a woman who works there (owner or manager) who can walk you through the buffet and tell you which dishes are Gluten Free. Beware the plantains and yucca are made in a shared fryer, so I avoid them. I've been 3-4 times and there are plenty of GF options: fish curry, rice and beans, salad bar/fruit, roasted chicken, etc. There are some staple dishes and some rotating items. Of course there is always risk of cross contamination on a buffet, but I've been OK eating here. Service is wonderful!
