Review of Brass Anvil

Steak house in Carbondale. Not too many gluten free options outside the steak and salads. No gluten free fryer. None of the appetizers were safe. We had the burrata, pear salad, and smashed potatoes with the steak. The cocktails were better than any of the food. Not bad but not quite up to the price point.
