I called the restaurant in advance of making my reservation and spoke to the manager regarding the need to avoid cross contamination and to make sure that my food was really gluten free. He assured me that they would handle it correctly. I made a note of my celiac disease/gluten allergy in my reservation. When I arrived, the server was very attentive and careful to ensure that he communicated my needs to the chef. Everything was handled correctly. The food was fantastic - I got the mussels dish that had goat cheese and sausage to share as an appetizer and the scallops for dinner. They have a shared fryer, but have said that if you call to let them know in advance that you will be ordering the frites, then they will make sure the oil will be changed before you arrive. I am testing this out this weekend and will update the review accordingly.
