First time eating here, I had a good experience. I had GF pizza and it was delicious! No symptoms afterwards.

Brasserie des Rapides has the most delicious gluten free pizza I have ever tasted. I don't know where they get their crust but it us SO GOOD! They have other gf options on the menu too, gf beer, and they serve brunch. I haven't asked much about procedure because even though I am celiac, I am not very sensitive to cross-contamination so go at your own risk but 5/5 for the pizza! It's a sports bar kind of place with big TVs for the hockey games and live bands playing pop hits on the weekends. Fun atmosphere.

I called and told them I have celiac and need GF and they told me they can’t guarantee anything. I asked what would be safest and they said pizza or pasta. I asked if they cook their gluten-free pasta in fresh water and they said no - they cook it in the same pot and water as the wheat pasta. At that point I ended the call. NOT SAFE!!!!

Ordered a GF beer and another waitress ran over to assist. She was so helpful! She shared that she is also gluten & dairy intolerant. Took time to go through the safe choices with me. Felt safe. Will go back
