It’s been awhile since I’ve been here (maybe have been twice over the years) but remember finding some nice GF baked items and other groceries. I also think I got some prepared foods that seemed safe at the time. I’d recommend asking questions about precautions to prevent cross-contamination. Hoping to hear more recent experiences from folks! Also this store is unionized :)

The Co-op is a supermarket that offers many gluten free options. There freezer section has a wide variety of gluten free foods. Several items in the prepared food section are marked gluten free, However, some of those items are in a shared display case with gluten. There are some prepared food items not in the display case that have less chance of cross contamination. They also have many fresh fruits and vegetables. The Co-op is a great place to shop!

Coop deli usually has a few items that are GF. Soups often contain either G or dairy. Salad bar.
Full-service grocery; ready-made and deli gluten-free options available
First time here. Good selection and a few different items I haven't seen before. Very friendly cashier and staff.
Very very good food! There were probably 20 different gluten free dishes to choose from at their Deli--I ended up getting some Thai Cucumber Salad, Sweet Potato Curry, and Balsamic Beef Tenderloin which were all unbelieveably delicious! I only gave this 4 stars because I think there was some cross contamination because I did get some symptoms after. Would not reccommend for true celiacs!

As a supermarket they carry a good selection of gluten-free products. But the deli makes no effort to keep the gluten-free foods separate from the gluten foods: couscous in front of gluten-free pasta salad (for example) -they must lift the spoonful of gluten food over "gluten-free" as bits fall into the no longer gluten-free dish- I've asked them many times to remedy this -no change.

The deli is pretty good about labeling their selections. Some dishes are solid favorites that I will always love, and others get a little stale. Since moving to their new building, I've noticed less creativity from the chefs. Still a great place for a sit down or grab-and-go meal. Excellent salad bar and hot & cold foods. Some gluten free grocery as well, including pasta, pizza, bread, etc. for home cooking.
