Review of Brauðhúsið Grímsbæ

A hidden gem for celiacs! A must visit if you are in the area. This is an excelleny bakary with fresh GF bread every day. They do offer bread with gluten but they are extremely invested in GF baking.

The bread is rice based and hence somewhat dense and sticky. Very tasty.

Note that the opeing hours are unusual and the offerings may vary from day to day.
