Review of Brauðhúsið Grímsbæ

Definitely not a dedicated GF facility, the bread slicer is shared with gluten breads. I opted to not have my bread sliced. The bread is very dense. I preferred the Schar multi-grain bread from Krónan. I felt sick after 30 minutes. I would not recommend for a Celiac.
