When I asked the server about a gluten free pizza, he was all over it in terms of explaining the precautions they take. I devoured a medium GF pizza with mushrooms and pineapples, and I suffered no ill effects.

Im a Celiac and they are careful about contamination. Their gluten free crust is so good i went back to the counter and made sure it was the gluten free one.

Bravo Pizza is awesome! Matt the owner is very knowledgeable about creating a Celiac friendly restaurant. You also have two options for crust. Gluten free and cauliflower. Both are outstanding. Both are made in a separate space with clean utensils. Great quality pizza very inexpensive.
