I got the potato, egg, and cheese taco and the solid taco with a side of chips and queso and I had no issues. I told them it was an allergy

Order tacos in a cup to avoid any cross-contamination on the shared griddle (they serve both flour/rice tortillas). Good tacos, I ordered more of the basics than the braised meats because it's not clearly marked.

I have been to brazos honestly hundreds of times since moving to Charlottesville. I get the tacos in cups (as you can get corn tortillas but they are heated on the same surface as flour). The chips ARE gluten free (they are not made in house) and I have never had a problem. All sauces and guacamole are GF.

I get the carnitas; triple pickle; steak and egg as my favorites.

Food is delicious. However the corn and flour are cooked on the same grills. R

They do have the option for a “cup” meaning no tortillas at all, and the tacos in a cup are good.

I feel the risk is low, but I would not call it Celiac safe.

Awesome food, been many times and never got sick. Staff not always knowledgeable ab ok it questions but they always ask the kitchen who do know.

I have celiac disease and I went to this place based on previous reviews. Unfortunately they could not accomodate me at all. Corn tortillas and other food are cooked on the same surface as the flour tortillas, so I did not want to risk eating here. This place is NOT celiac friendly. On a more positive note: I think it is worth noting that they clearly know about cross contamination and were honest when they told me it wouldn't be safe for me to eat here.

Eat here, it is amazing! No reactions with organic corn. Great staff!

This place has really delicious food that you can make gluten-free with organic corn tortillas! Will definitely be my new go to place to stop when driving past or when I am in Charlottesville! Also it is in a really neat location of Charlottesville. I highly recommend this place for stopping and is really convenient if you're on the go.

Great option for tacos. They can do a corn tortilla or a cup. Great options, very fresh and almost all are gluten free. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
