Their GF bagels are kept separate, and in their own packaging to ensure cross contamination. But if you get a specialty bagel (lox, eggs, etc), not sure about cross contamination unfortunately :/

They claim to have GF options but literally have no idea why gluten even is. STAY AWAY. gluten is all over salad bar.
