Giving 1 star only because there was a gluten free sandwich option. Didn't look overly great but it was available. All the other non gf sandwiches in this place can be grilled so I asked if it mine could be too to make it a bit more appetising. After queueing for 10m, the cashier said it could be grilled but then it wouldn't be gluten free. They grill all the sandwiches in greaseproof paper on multiple grills, so not sure why they couldn't make one grill for the gf sandwiches. Disappointing.

Two types of sandwiches: cheese or chicken and cheese. They Would not press the sandwich as other folks had stated. They explicitly stated no gf menu. Bread wasn’t bad but the sandwich was airport quality, wrapped in cello. In fact, from the wrapper you can see it’s made by bracamonte which is basically like Sysco. Maybe they recently outsourced. Schipol has been super chaotic, so maybe they had to. A slap of ketchup/peppers on one side with about 1oz of really processed chicken and one slice of cheese. The normal sandwiches looked really nice. Maybe you can ask for more veggies, but they push you through the line so fast that it was almost impossible to get anyone’s attention. Skip it unless desperate.

I got their gluten free chicken sandwich and it was amazing, you can eat it cold and it’s still super good (the bread is just like a normal bread, you can’t notice a big difference which that’s rare). The price was $5 bucks for a big sandwich, I asked them to warn it up since I’m medium gluten intolerant, and it was just as good. Also make sure to grab some fuzetea black tea peach, and eat at their window enjoying the nice view of the airplanes!
Also, close by there’s this store called FINEFOOD and they have gluten free cheese crackers so you can experience it with cheese if you can, they also have some other types of gluten free cookies

Sandwiches wrapped in a separate section from the main area. The bread was good quality and toppings were tasty!

Great to have a warm panini with cheese and chicken. It tasted really good! It is individually wrapped so no contact. If you want it warm though it's put in the same oven as the gluten full stuff, but they try to make it work by putting it on clean paper. I loved the chicken cheese but they only had that one so if you're vegetarian too, there would be no option. Overall very happy to have this option!
