I have been skeptical about Breadless since it opened - I’ve had some pretty lame “sub-bread-for-lettuce” sandwich alternatives, BUT I finally tried it and wow was I impressed. I had the Rueben with a side of carrot chips and an oatmeal cookie. While the carrot chips were a little TOO crunchy, I was wildly impressed. SO GOOD. Looking forward to making this a staple restaurant whenever I visit Detroit.
