It's good, wholesome bread and I love the minimalist ingredients. The bread is very dense. If you want a fluffier bread, try Mariposa. They sell BreadSRSLY at Rainbow and BiRite. It's much better toasted.

Notes
Loaves are baked twice weekly and delivered by bicycle. Deliveries are currently available in San Francisco on Tuesdays, and the East Bay on Thursdays.
