Review of Breakfast Republic

Waiter knew the specifics of the food and its preparation. While they do have gluten free toast, they do not have a gluten free toaster. He did offer to Toast it in a pan, but I chose not to risk it.

Fantastic place, but be ready for a wait is it is very popular. Lots of gluten free options. I had the mashed potato omelet (bacon and cheese with fried potatoes) which was fantastic. No reaction and a fun experience. I would recommend avoiding any toast as the toasters are not gluten free.
