After reading a customer review on this site, I was excited to try lunch here on a day trip to Coeur d'Alene. The young lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable. Sadly, when I asked if they could accommodate gluten free for CELIAC she said NO, only gluten sensitive due to the danger of cross contamination.
This is a Coeur d’Alene favorite!!! It used to be a Donut house but has reopened with yummy soups and sandwiches. Gluten-Free focaccia bread is available.
