Menu is not marked GF but I asked if the shrimp and grits were or could be made GF, my server said yes they are GF and I did not get sick later on. They were delicious, on par with shrimp and grits I have had in New Orleans. My friend (not GF) got the spicy pasta orleans and french onion soup and loved it! I did not ask about any other menu items being GF but I would definitely recommend! The menu has vegan and vegetarian items labeled.

Was definitely worried about coming here due to the abundance of flour/wheat products. I’m a pretty sensitive Celiac. Got shrimp and grits and the Nima said it was totally fine! Would recommend, very cute brunch spot in the area.
