I felt so safe eating here. The wait staff took our request for “gluten free for severe allergy” so seriously. I got nervous because the gf French toast looked gluten-y, but it was absolutely safe. The gf waffle was also delicious. Highly recommend!

Amazing gluten free french toast! A secret recipe and unlike any traditional french toast. Crunchy coating with soft berry center drizzled with cream cheese topping.

We ate breakfast here 5 days in a row this week. Which may seem crazy buy I have fairly sensitive celiac and this place was amazing. I had the gluten free cornbread waffle each time. It is made in a dedicated gluten free waffle maker and the staff were very knowledgeable about celiac. They made sure to mark the allergy each time and when my husband ordered a waffle they marked his as allergy too to be safe. I did not get sick at all. Would highly recommend Brew and Foam for breakfast.
