The cider (Dead and Berried) was excellent.
The atmosphere is nice, the server was friendly. She knew “celiac” meant gluten-free. She didn’t know what could be made safe and don’t try to guess - she went to ask. Basically the wings (chicken or cauliflower) have no gluten ingredients. They have gluten-free buns, so burgers are an option.
There are no gluten-free appetizers, so I watched while my table mates shared a giant pretzel. There is no dedicated fryer, so I let them eat the fries that came with my meal.
My burger arrived on a plate labeled “gluten allergy”. It was delicious. Unfortunately today I can tell that I got glutened and that burger is my prime suspect.
I may go back to Brewdog and have more cider, but I think I’ll avoid the food from now on.
