Review of BRGR Kitchen + Bar

I get glutened every time I try this place. I always mention Celiac and no gluten, and order without a bun. I wish I could eat here, the food is good, my family loves it, and it's a local business. I believe the staff and cooks need to be more educated about Celiac and avoiding cross-contamination. I see all the other good reviews and "100% say it's Celiac-Friendly," so maybe I'm missing something! I completely disagree!
