Review of Bricco Coal Fired Pizza

Definitely not celiac friendly. I watched the chefs use their hands to flip real dough and then touch the toppings. They then used their same flour covered hands to touch toppings for a gf pizza order. I also watched them use a little black cutter on a gf pizza after having it sit right on top of a counter covered in flour. I would definitely advise anyone with celiac to stay far away from here.
