Review of Bricco Coal Fired Pizza

Pizza cooked on same plate as other pizza. Told staff I had gluten allergy and asked if a salad sauce and cheese was gluten-free. He just looked at me and said “ only the bread has gluten “. Pizza came out barely cooked, dough was soft. Asked for garlic and it wouldn’t come out of the container. Not celiac friendly.
