My husband does CrossFit at the gym next door, so he inquired about gluten free options for me. They can make the smoothie bowls with certified gluten-free granola, upon request. And all of the protein shakes and smoothies are gluten free. I believe that all of the coffee syrups are also gluten free, but I double check when I order. The peanut butter chocolate protein shake and iced cinnamon vanilla latte are my current favorites.
