The waitress was celiac knowledgeable and I had a hamburger with the gluten free bun and fries cooked in a dedicated fryer. Delish!!!!! It was worth the drive even though I live on the east coast!

We love coming here! They are super knowledgeable about cross contamination and have bread/buns for all their sandwiches/burgers. The fries are fried in a dedicated fryer as well. I’m not sure if their breakfast has GF options.

We called ahead because we read on this app that their burgers and burger buns were good. So we went ahead and drove the 2.5 hours to Cedar to this restaurant. When we arrived, I asked for a GF menu. The waitress said they did not have a GF menu but could make anything on the menu GF. I asked about burgers. She said yes. We waited quite a while to give our order. When we finally could order, I ordered the burger with a GF bun. She goes, "Sorry, we have been out of GF buns for a while. Would you like that lettuce wrapped? Or on a piece of bread?"
My husband and I ultimately decided to just leave. We drove 2.5 hours one way for a GF burger. They should have told us when we called, before we drove ro Cedar, that they didn't have GF buns. They should have told us when we arrived and again asked. At this point, we can't trust their food to be celiac safe. Plus, what's the point of risking it if all I can eat is a lettuce wrapped meat? I can do that at home.

I went here for lunch with some friends. The server was quick to answer questions I had about gluten free items and let me know that they had a separate gluten free fryer. I got a burger, and the gluten free buns they had were very good! So good I was worried that it wasn't gluten free! It did look different than the gluten bun that one of my friends had though, and I haven't had any symptoms.

We stopped by for another visit and it was great, just like before! I love visiting this restaurant when we are in town!
— Separate gluten-free menu
I had an excellent experience here on two recent visits. They are very celiac aware. As soon as I mentioned I have celiac disease, they explained that they have a dedicated fryer, dedicated grill space, and that they changes gloves for gluten free orders. The burgers and fries are really good, and the staff are super friendly. Great for a tasty but casual lunch or dinner. Everything on the menu
They also had a large selection of sandwiches which looked great, although I only tried the burgers.

The owner is VERY celiac aware. Fries are done in a separate fryer so they are safe. GF bun is lovely. Great food. Waitress told me they also do GF breakfast - pancakes, waffles, hashbrowns - all safe. SO grateful to have another option in town! No separate gf menu yet, but it is in the works.

Waitress was helpful and made me feel confident in ordering gluten free and celiac safe. I ordered the grown up grilled cheese with fries, which are from a dedicated gluten free fryer. Very delicious and I didn't get sick afterwards. Thanks to the Brickhouse Cafe . Still a favorite place even after celiac.

I felt really safe. They were willing to talk to me and reassure me of a safe cooking space and limited cross contamination. I didn’t get sick. I was very happy with my meal. Will come again.

The gluten free bread is DELICIOUS. Gluten free frier too. Went twice in one week and didn’t get sick (I have celiac). Staff knows what they’re talking about which is refreshing!

I love this place. We are driving through Utah and found it on this app. They have a dedicated GF frier for their fresh cut fries, have GF buns, and the staff are very aware and on top of cross contamination issues. Also, staff are super nice, the food is super tasty, and portions are huge. Not a great place for vegetarians - it is a meat sandwich and burger kind of vibe - although they do have a bean burger option and salad. The place is simple and clean and friendly - PERFECT if you have kids and need an easy place for a delightful GF meal.

We visited this restaurant last night. I had read reviews and this place lived up to them. I had to try the adult grilled cheese!! Yum!!! I also had a burger. Bun was good. Not fabulous as another had reviewed it. But the sweet potato fries were to die for. The Carmel sauce fabulous.
Wish my area had this cute restaurant!

This place is delicious! I had the French dip on a gf bun and my husband got the Hamburger on the gf bun. The bun had great texture and flavor. We felt good after eating there, no reaction. Will eat there again.

We really enjoyed lunch here. My daughter had a burger and said the GF bun was great. My son had a grilled cheese and liked the bread a lot. I don’t think they use separate oil for fries, however.
Their gluten free buns are so good! The people in the rest of my party were even jealous of how good mine looked.
