The bartender who was also our waitress was amazingly patient and kind. The wings are not gluten-free as made because they are fried in a shared fryer after smoking. If you ask they will bake them off for you though. I would have rated higher but we only figured out about the fryer by asking lots of questions, the menu doesn’t make it aware that they are fried at any point in the preparation.

The most AMAZING surf and turf no butter, traditional gluten free wings! Can’t wait to go back!
